Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t the Republican party stop liberals from running as Republicans?
In the state of Idaho, we suffer from an “Open Primary Election” policy. This means that anyone can vote in the Republican Party Primary election, and anyone can run under any party they choose, even if they don’t agree with that parties platform!
Many Liberals have caught on to this, and vote in, and even run for office in the Republican Primary election.
This has become so prevalent, that the name of Republican has become MEANINGLESS! This website was established to help define who the true conservatives are. It is time to drop the term Republican, and adopt the term “True Conservative”.
What is a RINO?
RINO stands for “Republican In Name Only”. In very conservative states, where the Democratic party has very little support, liberals often disguise themselves as conservative Republicans, solely to get elected. They then rely on the public being too busy to notice their liberal voting while in office.
The purpose of this website is to bring to public attention those who do not support the Republican platform of Limited Government, preservation of a moral society and traditional family values.
What can be done about the RINO?
We need public awareness. The survival of the RINO depends upon public ignorance. Help spread the word about this web site and the other conservative groups found in our links section.
How can I find out the voting record of elected officials?
You have two choices.
1. Spend a large amount of time doing the research yourself, searching issue by issue, to compile the record.
2. Subscribe (usually free of charge) to watchdog groups. I highly recommend the groups listed in my links section. Please consider donating to these groups as a way of buying a piece of someone else’s time.
