GOP Debate #2 (Columbia, SC, May 15 th, 2007)

Giuliani attacks front runner Ron Paul for being honest with the American people – Giuliani exposes his true colors! Apparently Giuliani is unfamiliar with the 9/11 commission report findings!

Giuliani gets wild-eyed, Paul attempts to educate Rudy.

Rudy Giuliani gets irate that Congressman Ron Paul would suggest that our occupation and continued bombing of Islamic Countries has made them upset with us!

Ron Paul, referring to the 9/11 Commission Report, asks, “Have you ever read about the reasons they attacked us? They attacked us because we’ve been over there! We’ve been bombing Iraq for 10 years! We’ve been in the middle east!”

“Right now we’re building an embassy in Iraq that’s bigger than the Vatican! We’re building 14 permanent bases! What would we say here if China was doing this in our country or in the Gulf of Mexico? We would be objecting! We need to look at what we do from the perspective of what would happen if somebody else did it to us!”

“I’m suggesting that we listen to the people who attacked us and the reason they did it!”

Giuliani interrupted the debate to directly attack Ron Paul's Constitutional views by stating, “I don’t think I’ve ever heard that before, and I’ve heard some pretty absurd explanations for September 11th! I would ask the Congressman to withdraw that comment and tell us that he didn't really mean that!”

Ron Paul goes on to explain to Giuliani, that a non-interventionalist policy is the Constitutional view, the Founding Fathers' view, and traditionally, the Republican Party view!

Perhaps Giuliani is opposed to the views of the Constitution, our Founding Fathers, and the traditional Republican Party!

Ron Paul, under less time constraint, gives Rudy Giuliani a reading assignment and a lesson on the Constitution!

Bill Maher declares Ron Paul to be his new hero & discusses Giuliani's reading assignment.

Great Interview! A must watch!

Ron Paul leads post-debate polls again!

Ron Paul shocked Fox News by starting off with the lead.

Later that night, he gained more ground.

The poll closed that night with Romney narrowly passing Ron Paul.

Fox News (Faux News?) reporter Carl Cameron dismisses Ron Paul's lead, and attempts to explain it away: "Maybe he is a bit better organized in having his organizers do the necessary dialing".

Gee, it can't possibly be that he is gaining support!!!

Later, commenting on the poll results, Mr. Cameron states, "This suggests that folks have begun to get a grasp of the 'top tier', with the exception of Ron Paul."

Of course, we need the news media to keep reminding us that Ron Paul isn't a 'top tier' candidate! Otherwise, we might vote for him!

What does 'top tier' really mean? Perhaps, "not annointed as a 'real candidate' by the main-stream media"!

They can't seem to bring themselves to admit, maybe the people like what Ron Paul is saying!
