Dear Friends in a great cause,
I’m writing this letter because of something I feel very strongly about. We are coming up to an election right away and have the opportunity of choosing people who will represent us and our families here in this beautiful valley. In the Senate race, for the first time in years, we have a real choice, someone who will champion our family values. I’m writing to introduce him to you and to encourage you to vote for him. His name is Jared Eastley. I have enclosed his flyer but I wanted to personally endorse him.
Jared Eastley understands the proper role of government. I have interviewed him extensively and found him to be well informed, articulate, and committed to righteous principles. He understands the principles behind the Constitution in the tradition of the Founding Fathers.
I feel we are in desperate need of morally courageous leaders. Our current Senator, Brad Little has been the liberal ring-leader of the Republican Party. He does not share many of our family values. Let me share just a couple of examples; Senator Little voted to allocate thousands of taxpayers’ dollars to Planned Parenthood (one of the biggest abortion providers in the country). I hate to think that the person who represents me, misrepresented me! I witnessed the marriage amendment debate in the senate last spring and watched the voting. Our Senator Little stood twice during the debate. He is opposed to the marriage amendment and admitted that the only reason he changed his vote was because of the number of emails and phone calls he received from his constituents. He changed his vote but not his stance!
This issue has a deep connection to religious liberty. It will be the defining issue of our age!
All we need to do is look to Canada and Sweden where homosexuality is protected by law and see how pastors who preach against this vice are threatened with jail, or expensive trials. They have to agree never to preach again on homosexuality.
Jared Eastley has a strong moral foundation. He would represent family values. I encourage you to go to his website or call him and find out for yourself if his philosophy is aligned with yours.
I personally was thrilled to find a young man of such quality who was willing to champion all the things I stand for. I strongly recommend Jared Eastley to be our next Senator here in District 11.

The Idaho Republican Platform states that legislators are to “ use all means possible to prevent the expansion of the definition of marriage beyond a bond between one man and one woman. ”
In direct opposition to this platform, Brad Little led the defeat of the marriage amendment in the Senate in 2004 and 2005, and continued to lead the opposition in 2006.
Only after a huge effort by conservative groups to encourage voters in his district to contact him, asking him to allow this bill through the senate, did he finally relent. He stated that he was still against it , but he had heard from enough of his voters asking him to change his vote.
As expected, once he changed his vote, several other senators followed his lead, not having Mr. Little to hide behind.

The National Republican platform states “We oppose using public revenues for abortion and will not fund organizations which advocate it.”
Contrary to the platform, Brad Little voted for thousands of dollars in funding for Planned Parenthood, an organization that not only advocates, but is perhaps the nations largest performer of abortions!

Our View:
Brad Little faces a true conservative candidate, Jared Eastley in this November election.
Although with the Constitution Party, Jared Eastley could be considered more of a Republican than his opponent. He is in strong support of the Republican Platform, including the preservation of traditional marriage.
According to Eastley's website, "the Constitution Party is a conservative party that shares many views supported by the Republican platform. The real difference is ... that the Constitution Party seeks to return our goverment to the limits placed upon it by our Constitution".
Note: there is no Democrat opponent! Voters have no concern of splitting the conservative vote, allowing a Democrat to win.
Why would we cling to voting for the Republican, who has no regard for their platform? What makes him a Republican?
Vote for Jared Eastley, the true conservative, and rid the legistature of one of its biggest RINOs!
