Kirsten Faith Richardson (92% - Constitution Party)

vs.

Steven Thayn (92% - Republican Party)

For District 11 House Seat A

This race is particularly interesting. Both candidates are listed on our "Conservative Honor Roll" with an identical score of 92%! So which one should we vote for?

In the Idaho Statesman Voter Guide Mrs. Richardson was asked, "Why are you running?"

"Because we could not find any men with courage to oppose the compromising Republicans. I really do not beleive that women should run for office but I had to, so the babies in the womb would have a spokesman."

The "compromising Republican" she is referring to is Kathy Skippen, the current Representative in District 11 House Seat A. Kathy is a former Democrat, who changed parties soley to increase her chances of being elected.

Steven Thayn defeated Kathy Skippen in the May Republican Primary Election. Considering that Mr. Thayn received an endorsement from Idaho Chooses Life, Mrs. Richardson can rest assured that the "babies in the womb [will] have a spokesman" in either of them.

Our Pick: Vote for Steven Thayn, and let Mrs. Richardson live up to her belief that women should not run for office.
